	uke puke - harley poe ★★★★★ one of my favorite albums of all time. harley poe is a fantastic artist whom i love, and this album is just brimming with good music. some are reimagining of older releases (and they're all good reimagines), others are completely new. love the energy found on this album, so much fun is to be had listening to it. i love how his music really encapsulates the same feelings you get from watching horror flicks. standout songs on this album are "shit head" , "escape" , and "charlie can".
	the sunset tree - the mountain goats ★★★★★ another favorite album of all time, that has been there for me whenever i needed it most. an album written to reflect back on the abusive childhood john darnielle grew up with, and dedicated to those who have lived through the same. i am not going to trauma dump or anything like that, but this album makes me feel seen, and reassures me that there will be something in the future for me. stand out songs for me on this album are "up the wolves", "lion's teeth", "hast thou considered the tetrapod", and "dance music".
